The services here were super efficient, and they even hooked us up with some awesome free Wi-Fi. Our room was top-notch, with fancy soundproof windows, a cozy sofa set, and a handy kettle for those caffeine cravings. 🌟

The loby bar , the pool outside the products in the room and the hotel that is new and well kept.
The main retaurant seems to be a bot cold and pretensuos. The location is a little complicated to get in and out, more so out because in you have good signals on the streets of Gaia. The girls on the reception guest try to help with good disposition but some of them had very little expirience.

the hotel was exceptionally clean and romantic, had beautiful views to old town and prminent buildings. the venue was in a central setting in the michelin restaurant. besides, we were close enough to the hotel's black london taxi, the port wineries and tasting rooms and town centre. the room was very large, nice bed.

The bed in the superior deluxe king room was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel's location is marvelous for exploring the hills beyond Porto. It's also convenient being right next to Taylor's Port Cellars.

The location of this place is fantastic, close to a hill, the river leading to Porto, and the riverside, and I enjoyed dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant during my three-night stay.

In my view one of the best hotels in Europe and excellent value for money. The approach is a bit complicated, one needs a good satnav or should take a taxi.

This place was excellent. At last a 5 star hotel that deserves the name, with all of the staff responding to whatever you asked. They give me a tour of the wine cellars. When I bought a bottle of wine for a shop, it was no problem for roo service to supply a corkscrew - then they went to get a wine glass specifically for that type of wine, and ice bucket. Small thing, but in ahotel in Madris when I asked for a cockscrew I got a flat no! The location might put you off given it;s across from Porto, but to be honest the hotel is so relaxing that I'd think you'd spend most time just relaxing there, in the pooll and gym, or tasting port nearby. Easily can say, best hotel I have ever stayed in. And the bed is massive.
There was no hot food at the buffet breakfast, but you could have cooked brealfast (eg eggs benedict) brought to your room. However with the buffet breakfast including many meats, cheeses, vast array of friuit, and caviar and champagne, this is just a minor quibble.

An outstanding luxury hotel, with a priviliged location (the view from Porto is breathtaking) and extremely helpful and nice staff. Also a special mentioning for the spa, with high quality treatments and therapists and for the gourmet restaurant, with exquisite menu
